Job Description:
A company is looking for an Internal Audit Manager (SOX PMO) in
the Finance & Accounting department.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the successful completion of the SOX program, including
co-sourced resources
Communicate risks to management and external auditors
Facilitate risk assessment, scoping, and process walkthroughs
Qualifications:
5+ years of SOX, audit, controls, business process, or risk
management experience
Basic knowledge of IT SOX, ITGCs, ITACs, ICFR, COSO Framework, and
technology controls
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor
(CIA) is a plus
Practical knowledge of US GAAP, SEC Reporting, and PCAOB
