Job Description Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a
highly motivated and experienced Field Service Manager to lead and
support our field service team. This role is responsible for
overseeing day-to-day field operations, ensuring high-quality
customer service, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and
driving team performance to meet company goals. Key
Responsibilities: Manage, schedule, and support a team of field
technicians or service personnel across assigned regions. Ensure
timely and effective delivery of service, maintenance, and
installations. Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching and
development to field staff. Conduct site visits and field
inspections to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, sales,
customer service) to optimize field operations. Handle escalated
customer issues and ensure resolution in a professional and timely
manner. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
and company policies. Track inventory and equipment usage and
ensure proper maintenance. Maintain accurate documentation,
reporting, and service records. Support recruitment, onboarding,
and training of new field personnel. Qualifications: Proven
experience in a field service or operations management role. Strong
leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to
manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Working
knowledge of field service management systems or software
(preferred). Fullbay knowledge is a plus. Technical knowledge
relevant to the industry (e.g., mechanical, electrical) Valid
driver’s license and ability to travel as needed. Ability to pass
